Dias Entertainment — Film & Media Production
Role: Executive Producer & Creative Director
Sector: Entertainment
Dates: 2013–2020

Project Overview
I founded Dias Entertainment to develop and produce original scripted content and impact-driven narratives. As Executive Producer and Creative Director, I led every stage of development — from securing financing and building original concepts to assembling creative teams, overseeing casting, and managing final delivery.
Our work ranged from feature films and serialized video content to nonprofit storytelling, with distribution on platforms such as Amazon Prime and Apple TV+. I also brought Dias Entertainment to the Cannes Film Market and Venice Production Bridge, where I explored global partnerships, funding opportunities, and distribution for our original projects — expanding our visibility within the international film community.
Selected Projects

Building from Scratch
Starting a production company without outside funding or big industry connections meant I had to build everything from scratch — the ideas, the partnerships, the momentum. It was challenging to gain trust and interest in a space that can be hard to break into unless you’re already part of it. Getting people to take a chance on an independent company with original stories and no major backers required persistence, clarity of vision, and a lot of creative problem-solving.
Creative Approach
I leaned into strong ideas and smart execution. I focused on stories I believed in and kept the budgets lean but intentional — knowing exactly where to invest to elevate the final product. I built teams based on trust and chemistry, not credits alone, and led each project from early concept through delivery. Whether we were pitching a feature, producing a nonprofit piece, or editing a sizzle reel for partners, I was hands-on with every detail — shaping each project to reflect both the message and the market we were trying to reach.
Results
Our feature film was distributed on Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV+, reaching audiences across multiple territories. The nonprofit-driven video work helped secure donor support and raise visibility for partner organizations. I also deepened relationships with creatives, collaborators, and international contacts through industry events like the Cannes Film Market and Venice Production Bridge — planting seeds for future development, co-production, and distribution opportunities. The work built real traction, on-screen and behind the scenes.
Reflection
Building Dias Entertainment taught me how to lead with vision, adapt under pressure, and deliver strong creative in fast-moving environments. My role wasn’t just to execute—it was to originate, shape, and guide complex projects across every stage. What began as a personal initiative evolved into a platform for producing original stories and meaningful collaborations.
