IMMI LAW GROUP — U.S. IMMIGRATION
Role: Brand Strategy | Content Direction + Retainer Consulting
Sector: Legal Services
Dates: 2020–present

Project Overview
I’ve worked with IMMI Law Group on retainer since 2020, guiding their content and brand strategy as a trusted creative partner. From the founder’s personal brand to the firm’s digital presence, I developed visual direction, messaging, and evergreen content designed to build credibility, client trust, and industry visibility. My work spans campaign design, SEO strategy, photo shoot production, and digital storytelling rooted in clarity and authority.
Brand Challenge
Legal services often lean on generic or overly formal messaging—especially in the immigration space, where warmth and clarity are just as important as expertise. The challenge was to elevate IMMI Law Group’s digital identity by blending professional authority with personal connection. We needed to position the founder as a trusted, approachable expert while building a brand that felt modern, credible, and emotionally resonant.
Creative Approach
I crafted a refined visual and messaging strategy centered on the founder’s unique story and client-focused values. From content direction and shoot prep to social copy and digital assets, every detail was designed to balance warmth with professional polish. I also coached on-camera delivery and selected visuals that humanized the practice while reinforcing expertise—shifting the brand from transactional to trusted.
Results
We launched a clear, compelling visual identity that resonated with clients across platforms—elevating the brand’s presence without compromising authenticity. The new tone and positioning helped convert referrals into retained clients, while increasing social visibility and confidence in both offerings and brand voice. Foundational assets like photography, bio, and digital copy continue to support ongoing growth and credibility.
Reflection
This project reminded me how often small businesses struggle to bridge the gap between passion and presentation. My role wasn’t just to design—it was to listen, interpret, and build confidence in how the brand could show up. Helping someone I care about clarify and own her voice in a competitive space was one of the most rewarding parts of this work.
