This week’s food ritual is a nod to home — and a staple I return to often: pão de queijo. These soft, chewy Brazilian cheese breads are naturally gluten-free thanks to tapioca flour, and they’re packed with nostalgic comfort. I grew up on these, and they instantly bring back memories of weekend mornings and family gatherings.


We usually keep Brazi Bites in the freezer (Brian-approved!), but when I have the time, nothing beats the homemade version. It’s surprisingly simple — just a few ingredients, a blender, and about 30 minutes.
